To provide you with the skills you need to effectively use a range of online resources, databases and electronic journals, the Medical Library runs a variety one-to-one training sessions.
One-2-one training
The library offers one-to-one training sessions on request. You can simply contact the library by phone, email or in person to book a session in advance. A one-to-one session can focus on resources for your particular area of research.

Group training
The library also offers group training – we have our own training room, which can comfortably fit up to eight people for a presentation, or we can come out to your department. This can be a general introduction to the library for new staff, or can focus on a more specific topic. Contact us for more details.
